39 year old male suffered a grade 5 AC joint separation when he fell from his bike, and he underwent surgery 10 days later. During his follow-up appointment 2 years after the surgery, his tests showed positive results with a Constant score of 97 (0-100) and a UCLA score of 33 (0-35).
