32 year old male fell off scaffolding at work and sustained a grade 4 AC joint separation, and he underwent surgery nine months later. At his final follow-up appointment eight years after surgery showed excellent results with a Constant score of 99 (0-100) and a UCLA score of 35 (0-35).
